Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA)
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act was implemented to ensure the safety of items available for public consumption. We, at New ICM, fully support this legislation and its goal of regulating items in the marketplace.
We want you to know that we are in full compliance with the CPSIA regulations and that our items are tested by our in house Accredited Laboratories approved by the Consumer Safety Product Commission. These standards do not affect the quality of comfort of the New ICM items that you have trusted for your family.
